Good + Happy Belly

Don't you think Sunday mornings make for some of the best mornings? I do. :)
I started this morning out with some Cranberry Watermelon Good Belly Probiotic Fruit Drink that I picked up at Fresh Market yesterday. I had seen this on Ryan's blog, and like her I also obviously don't get probiotics from yogurt and such. I know there are tons of healthy bacteria in Kombucha, but why drink Kombucha when Good Belly is cheaper per serving and tastes so much better (and doesn't smell like vinegar)? :)
I really enjoyed the Cranberry Watermelon flavor and would definitely recomend it to anyone needing a probiotic boost to their diets. (You can learn more about the health benefits of Good Belly products and probiotics here). P.S. I promise I bought this on my own free will and my positive review was no way endorsed by Good Belly - although if they want to send samples so I can try more of their products, I wouldn't mind. ;)
I was still crazy tired this morning, so Ross made breakfast! (I love when he makes breakfast for me! Especially when he photographs my plate before he even hands it to me...he's a true spouse of a food blogger). ;) He made pancakes based off this recipe (using whole wheat pastry flour and almond milk). He said that these pancakes were incredibly thick to the point where he had to spread them out on the griddle. They were quite delicious though, but incredibly filling! I could only eat one, plus a few bites.
We topped them with the Pearapple sauce I made last night (to make Pearapple sauce, cook four apples and four pears on low heat, adding a teaspoon of pure vanilla and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Simmer until fruit is tender, then mash!).
Time to watch Wolverine now, since last night I definitely passed out immediately. :)

Never heard of Good Belly. I will have to check it out next time at the store. Do most stores sell it? I do have a whole foods near me. Your breakfast looks good. Enjoy your Sunday.
I've been trying to get that flavor and WF has been out of it every time! I've had the other 3 flavors though and I love them!
Yum. I so wanted pancakes this morning! I can't believe Ross photographed your plate too. Nice :)
I have to try Good Belly asap!
It's really sweet that your husband made you breakfast AND made sure to make it vegan friendly!
Sunday is my favorite day ever. No reason to do anything but relax and prepare for a new week!
I had pancakes this morning, too! I didn't have anyone to make em for me though ;) I hope you have a wonderful Sunday!
I love Sundays! They are the best.
Those pancakes look so yum!
I keep wanting to look into probiotics, thanks for reminding me!
